SKANDER KHLIF (B.1983)
Skander Khlif, a documentary photographer born in Tunis, shows a
particular interest in human beings and their memory, exploring them by drawing on
his own history marked by cultural diversity.
An early experience opened the doors to the art of photography for him, revealing the powerful ability of this medium to communicate. However, he temporarily set aside this passion to pursue engineering studies before patiently returning to his photographic vocation.

Today, based between Munich and Tunis, Skander explores the essence of
life in public spaces.
His artistic journey has gently shifted towards the intimate and the exploration of social issues, an evolution partly inspired by the unique challenges posed by the lockdown during the pandemic. Skander's work has discreetly illuminated publications and exhibitions on numerous occasions, while being honored by several prestigious awards.
