Born in 1993 in Kalâat el-Andalous, Sirin Boubaker lives and works between France and Tunisia.

Her practice deploys memory as a landscape in motion, where the traces of lived experience, fragments of memories, and inner geographies intertwine. Her early works combined painting and photomontage, bringing forth hybrid figures, bodies, skulls, and birds, within intimate and fragmented narratives. These compositions shaped a visual language marked by absence, instability, and the thickness of time.
Her recent work is situated in the field of textile art, with a particular attention paid to cyanotype on fabric. She also explores techniques such as indigo dyeing and shibori, engaging in processes linked to transformation and repetition.

Through exposure to light, the material records traces, folds, and residual imprints, like memories settling on the surface. The image is not fixed, but revealed by the process, unfolding like a sensitive landscape, suspended between appearance and disappearance.
